David was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, and educated at The University of Wisconsin at Madison (BA in Economics, M.Sc. in Business and JD.) He is an active member in good standing of State Bars of Wisconsin (1994), Georgia (2000), and Florida (2010). He is admitted to practice before all state courts in WI, GA, and FL and Federal District Courts for the Western District of Wisconsin, the Northern and Middle Districts of Georgia, and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida. In addition, he is a member of the American Bankruptcy Institute and the American Bar Association.
